Linda J. Plaster, President and CEO
Linda Plaster has 28 years of experience in the managed care industry. Prior to founding Integrated Health Plan, Linda co-founded Health Payors Organization, a national PPO network. She was instrumental in developing several national provider networks and served as Director of Managed Care for two major hospital systems. She developed a hospital based managed care program and has held positions with AV-Med, a Florida based HMO, and with CIGNA Healthplan of Florida where, over a period of six years, she worked in the Marketing, Utilization Management, and Finance Departments and was instrumental in guiding the organization from start-up to becoming the largest HMO in the Tampa Bay area.
 

Carol E. Fant, Executive Vice President and General Counsel
Carol Fant has been with Integrated Health Plan for 12 years. She provides legal and business counsel to IHP in all corporate matters. In addition, Carol works with IHP’s Assistant General Counsel to ensure compliance with the laws in each state. Carol also oversees all in-house client and provider contracting related matters and the work of outside counsel. Ms. Fant has been practicing law for 18 years.
 

Tommy L. Tharp, Chief Operating Officer
Tommy Tharp has been with Integrated Health Plan, Inc for 6 years. He brings more than 15 years of senior management experience to the organization. In addition to overseeing IHP’s day-to-day operations, Tommy’s responsibilities include overseeing company business plan development (marketing and sales), corporate and departmental budgeting, revenue/profit tracking and forecasting, proposal writing, contract preparation and review and quality assurance.
 

Judy A. Cadoret, Chief Administrative Officer
Judy Cadoret has been with Integrated Health Plan, Inc. since its inception in 1997. Although Judy has been involved in many departments over the years, she currently oversees network development operations and is the acting Director of Human Resources. She began her managed care career with Park Health Care Services, a national diagnostic service provider, and then moved to Integrated Network Development, where she was instrumental in acquiring hospital contracts for the Chandler Group and other large networks.
 

Christian A. Clark, Vice President of Corporate Development
Christian Clark has been with Integrated Health Plan, Inc. for 7 years. In his current position, he is responsible for oversight and direction of all corporate sales, marketing, product development and account management initiatives. Christian has held prior management positions in the areas of business development, network development and clinical management, and was responsible for developing one of the largest Independent Physician Associations in the State of New York.
 

Adrienne Cromwell, Vice President of Operations
Adrienne Cromwell has been with Integrated Health Plan for 8 years. She oversees all new client implementations, client services, network data configuration and works closely with business development to ensure all client service level commitments are met. Prior to joining IHP, Adrienne worked for one of the largest Third Party Administrators in the country where she held various positions in claims, sales, marketing and finance.
 

JoAnn Sadler, Executive Director of Network Development
JoAnn Sadler has been with Integrated Health Plan, Inc. for 8 years. JoAnn oversees a national team of negotiators and is responsible for project development and oversight of all hospital and PHO contracting efforts, provider nominations and specialty network products. With more than 25 years of experience in the managed healthcare industry, JoAnn has held senior positions in both the clinical and administrative setting.
 

Cheryl Thebeau, Executive Director of Claims Services
Cheryl Thebeau has been with Integrated Health Plan for 6 years. In her current role Ms. Thebeau is responsible for the oversight of all in-bound and out-bound claims processing, appeals resolution support and is instrumental in many aspects of new client implementations. Prior to joining IHP, Cheryl worked for many years in the risk management division of a large P&C firm where she oversaw project management for the southeast United States.
 

Richard Wheat, Executive Director of Information Technology
Rich Wheat has been with Integrated Health Plan, Inc for 6 years. Rich manages software and systems development, implementation of IHP’s repricing services including EDI, on-line claims pricing, real-time claims pricing, and all provider database functions. With 20 years experience in the IT field, Rich has worked with various clients in both the Federal Government and private sector.
 

Laurie Casler, Executive Director of Provider Relations
Laurie Casler has been with Integrated Health Plan, Inc. for 5 years. Laurie oversees the contracting of all physician and ancillary providers. She is also responsible for ensuring provider service standards are met in addition to handling data verification and credentialing. Laurie came to IHP with 20 years experience in sales, marketing, purchasing and contracting.
